When it comes to meditating, many people are set up for failure because most resources set the wrong expectations. I'm resetting them now with a different perspective and Game Plan. I'll explain what to do, how it's impossible to "fail" at it, and share the real reason why you will actually want to meditate.

At the beginning, most people hate meditating. Why is it so hard??
1.) You think you're doing it wrong, and you're bad at it - because you can't shut off your brain and NOT think about anything. Or you fall asleep. Either way, you're a failure and can't do it.
2.) You don't have time because you have a life, responsibilities and a million other things to do that take priority. There are only so many hours in the day. Your calendar is full, and if you have one extra hour, you'd rather sleep, watch TV, spend time with loved ones and your fur baby, scroll social media, read, clean, wash your hair, count the dots on the ceiling, or anything besides sit with yourself doing nothing.
3.) One hour of meditating is impossible. You can't even do 5 minutes.
4.) You don't notice any benefits. What's the point? It's a complete waste of time. There's nothing inspiring or motivating you.
5.) Your home environment isn't conducive to uninterrupted alone time or down time. "Peace and quiet" and being undisturbed is a foreign concept.
6.) You are restless or have A.D.D. and don't have the self-discipline or will power to sit still for 30-60 minutes - it's unnatural, uncomfortable and frustrating.
7.) Sitting in complete silence is weird, makes you uneasy, and causes anxiety on some level. You need the TV on, or music playing, or an audio book or podcast going in the background. So you give up.
It's no wonder people don't like meditating and stop doing it.
Forget everything you've ever been told, and let's start over.

Meditating is easy. Anyone can do it. Here's why:
#1 - You do NOT have to quiet your mind or have zero thoughts.
Initially, it's impossible to stop thinking. Having zero thoughts is completely unrealistic. I recommend keeping a notebook, your phone, or laptop next to you. Then, if anything important crosses your mind, log it down so you don't forget about it. This way, you won't spend the entire time meditating trying to not forget about it. You can get it out of your mind, release it, and do it later.
#2 - Meditation helps us enhance our "clair" senses.
During meditations, I usually get answers to questions, or epiphanies, ideas, and
useful information and messages. I would never want to stop "thinking" and not receive them! We want stuff to pop into our heads - that's what claircognizance is!!!
Trying to clear your head and stop thoughts from crossing your mind is preventing you from tapping into your natural divine gifts. You also might FEEL things emotionally, mentally or physically while meditating and get a "sense of" something, or goosebumps, or "a feeling" which is all meant to help provide you with guidance. This is part of clairsentience. And THIS is one reason why I love meditating!
#3 - You don't have to sit in silence, like a monk.
Guided meditations are a wonderful starting point because you can listen to
someone else talk, focus on what they're saying, and just follow along. Listening to
meditation music and sounds is another great alternative. Complete silence isn't
necessary.

#4 - Walking meditations are perfect for anyone who wants to exercise and get fresh
air at the same time.
I walked home every day from work - so it was the perfect opportunity to
incorporate meditating into my day. You don't have to sit or lay down.
#5 - You can easily fit it into your schedule right before you go to sleep.
Meditate in bed, before you crash out. Not only is this convenient and doesn't require you to go anywhere, but you also don't have to carve out valuable time on your calendar during the day. It can become part of your daily routine, just like brushing your teeth and showering. Plus, meditating usually induces sleep. So you are in the ideal place to knock out after 10-15 minutes - it's perfect, especially for those who have insomnia.

#6 - You don't have to meditate for 1 hour. Aim for 10-15 minutes.
You probably don't have enough time in the day as it is, much less an extra hour to meditate. Start small, and work up to 1 hour. Even 10-15 minutes is good - it's better than nothing! It could take months or years to build up to 1 hour - and that's ok. Don't expect a miracle - it's not going to happen over night. Like a sport, it requires repetition, consistency and practice - the brain is like a muscle.
#7 - You won't feel any different, immediately after you meditate.
SOME people might feel less stressed out and relaxed. I always feel exactly the
same as I did before I meditated. If you're the same way, it doesn't mean you're doing it wrong, or it's not working. Some people expect instant gratification and results - I am putting this expectation to rest. Just keep going, even if you think it's not doing anything. Meditate a little bit every day - consistency is key. Life will get easier over time, and THAT will result in less stress and anxiety. (See #9 below)

#8 - You can meditate ANYWHERE.
You don't have to go on a silent retreat, or sit on a beach, or be surrounded by trees in a forest, or hike to the top of a mountain, or travel to Machu Picchu, or the middle of the Amazon. Any floor, chair, or toilet will do - yes, it helps with constipation 😂
#9 - The REAL reason why I meditate is because life gets easier.
That's the bottomline and silver lining. You experience more synchronicities, good luck, "coincidences" and serendipities. Hurdles get removed from your path. Work, family life and relationships improve. You meet the right people at the right time. The answers to your questions magically appear. Money flows to you.
My theory is meditation helps raise your energetic vibrational frequency level and strengthen the connection between you and the Universe. It unblocks and clears the space between you and The Creator, God, Spirit Guides, Angels, Higher Self, or whatever you believe in. They can lower their frequency level, and if you can raise yours, you can meet them half way, which makes it easier for them to help you, clear your path, get through to you, send you signs, messages, and answers, and put the right people and resources in your path. Over time, THIS reduces stress and anxiety, and life becomes more joyful and magical.
If you still don't want to meditate, my Energy Healing sessions raise people's vibrational frequency exponentially. Few options:
1.) One-on-one customized session
2.) Group sessions (1 month long)
3.) "Unlock Your Magic" Program (5 months long)
